The Ministry of Education has announced that financial education will be included in the national curriculum. Starting from Year 1, students will learn basic concepts of money.

By Year 8, the curriculum will advance to teaching students about financial goal-setting and shares. This progressive approach aims to equip young people with essential money management skills.
