WBOPDC seeks expressions of interest for Hot Springs Road reserve grazing

The Western Bay of Plenty District Council has issued a public notice signalling its intention to enter into a grazing licence over a recreation reserve on Hot Springs Road, Katikati. The proposed licence would run for a period of ten years and is being pursued under sections 74 and 119 of the Reserves Act 1977.

The notice, published pursuant to section 73 of the Reserves Act, invites expressions of interest from parties wishing to graze the land. Interested parties are encouraged to make contact with the council to find out more about the opportunity and the conditions that would apply under the proposed licence.
