Katikati’s Te Rā o Waitangi Whānau Festival Set for Tomorrow

Katikati's second annual Te Rā o Waitangi Whānau Festival is just around the corner. Taking place at Haiku Reserve, this family-friendly event promises a day of cultural celebration and community connection.

Running from 11am to 3pm, the festival commemorates the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi while celebrating the rich history of Aotearoa. Local teens will perform, showcasing acts that highlight Māori culture and tradition.
