Kiwifruit Orchard Specialist Notches Over $60m in Sales

Orchard, lifestyle and residential property specialist Clark Mazey is encouraging Bay of Plenty orchardists to consider selling in 2026, pointing to more than $60 million in kiwifruit orchard sales he has achieved even in what he describes as a slower market.

Mazey, who operates through Bower Real Estate, says the new year is a strong opportunity for long-term orchard owners to capitalise on their investment, noting that orchardists — and he himself — do not stop working over the holiday period.

He has listed a range of recent sales across the Western Bay area, including properties on Waihi Beach Road, Te Matai Road and several other local addresses.
