Katikati Celebrates International Cake Day with Free Community Bake-Off

Katikati Community Centre is inviting locals to mark International Cake Day on 21 November with a free community cake picnic. Attendees are asked to register in advance and bring one home-baked cake per family along to the centre at 45 Beach Road, where the fun kicks off at 3pm.

Community Centre staff member Sonya Mischewski said the event is a lighthearted, community-focused occasion where everyone gets to sample the cakes brought along by fellow residents. To register, phone the centre on 07 549 0399.
