Katikati Croquet Club opens doors for have-a-go sessions

The Katikati Croquet Club is inviting locals to come and try the sport this month, with a series of beginner-friendly have-a-go sessions planned throughout October. The sessions will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 1 pm to 3 pm at the club's grounds at Hunters Reserve on Wharawhara Road.

Mallets will be available to borrow and club members will be on hand to guide newcomers through the basics. Flat, soft-soled shoes are recommended for those coming along. Anyone keen to give it a go is asked to register in advance by phoning Heather on 027 224 7367.
