Waihi Beach Community Shop Set to Reopen Soon

After a vehicle accident caused extensive damage in July, the Waihi Beach Community Shop is on track to reopen by early October. The team is working hard to restore the shop and prepare for the busy summer season.

The repairs included addressing fuel damage and replacing the front door. Volunteers have washed and sorted items, making them ready for sale. The shop's reopening will not only benefit local charities but also reconnect the community.
