Matahui Distillery Applies for On-Licence in Katikati

A company called Amatis Limited has lodged an application with the Western Bay of Plenty District Licensing Committee seeking an on-licence for premises situated in Katikati, to be operated as Matahui Distillery.

Under the proposed licence, alcohol would be sold seven days a week between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The application falls under the "on licence – other premises not otherwise specified" category.

Members of the public who wish to object to the application have 25 working days from the date of first publication of this notice to file a written objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Western Bay of Plenty District Council, Private Bag 12803, Tauranga. Objections must relate to matters specified under section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
