Katikati Dog Park to Get Agility Equipment Upgrade

Katikati's Dog Exercise Park is gearing up for enhancements with new agility equipment, thanks to local fundraising efforts. A Dog Tricks Workshop is planned to support this initiative, promising to enrich the park experience for owners and their pets.

The initiative began when Katikati resident Phil Christophersen discussed the lack of equipment with the council. Local businesses and community members are joining forces through Katch Katikati to secure funding for features like balance beams and jump-through hoops.

The workshop led by local dog trainer Bex Tasker will teach fun tricks while raising funds for this community project. With the support of local sponsors, the park is hopeful to become a top spot for agility and play.
