Katikati Celebrates New Generation 4 Ambulance

A new Generation 4 ambulance has arrived in Katikati, a gift from the We Care Community Trust. This state-of-the-art vehicle promises improved safety for both staff and patients.

The dedication ceremony was held on May 6 at Hato Hone St John’s Katikati Ambulance Station. The new ambulance, valued at approximately $350,000, boasts advanced safety features and modern technology, ensuring better service delivery. Community support for St John is notably strong, with donations in Katikati three times higher than the national average.
