New Youth Darts Club Launches in Katikati

Katikati is buzzing with excitement as a new youth darts club kicks off this term. Aimed at college-aged students, the club provides an affordable and fun way to engage in the growing sport.

Natalie Dercksen, the club's founder, hopes to foster local interest following the success of UK dart sensation Luke Littler. Registration is now open for students in Years 7-13, with a nominal fee of $20, which includes a free set of darts.

The club meets weekly at the Katikati Rugby Club, encouraging skill development and social interaction among youth. Dercksen envisions eventually expanding the club to include adult players, creating a supportive community around darts.
