Restoration Ramble Through Te Puna Bush Reserve Part of Echo Walking Festival

A guided Restoration Ramble through l'Anson Bush Reserve in Te Puna is taking place on Friday 27 March, starting at 10am. The event, located at 79 Armstrong Road, is part of both the Echo Walking Festival and EnviroHub BOP's Sustainable Backyard Month.

Led by an expert from Forest & Bird, the walk explores the remarkable transformation of the reserve from farmland into thriving native bush. A highlight of the reserve is a small lake created by damming the Waikaraka Stream. A koha is appreciated from those who attend.

Participants can register at the Echo Walking Festival website: echowalkfest.org.nz.
