Community Support Drives Toy Library Renovation

The Katikati Community Toy Library has transformed its space with the installation of new carpet, thanks to the generous support of local residents and businesses.

The upgrade comes after the library faced a setback when a carpet company went into liquidation, causing them to lose a $7,000 deposit. However, the community rallied together to raise the funds needed to complete the project. This collective effort has not only provided a fresh look but also allows the library to introduce new preschool activities in a clean environment.
